It's kind of funny that when it was snowing there it was 80 degrees here...I haven't decided which recipes I want to give you. They're coming!
Wow! we only got a smidge of snow. With this last snow, I'm ready to start into spring now. I bought some seeds this very day. Hey Ashtin, its been awhile. Can't wait to see you at the shower. Love you so much!

Nope. I don't. So here it goes.Asian Grilled Chicken Breasts1/4 c. olive oil1Tbsp soy sauce2 cloves garlic, crushed1Tbsp minced garlic1Tbsp Dijon Mustardsalt, to tastefreshly ground black pepper6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts1.Mix all the ingredients together and brush on the chicken breasts. Refrigerate for at least 30 min or overnight.2.Preheat grill.3.Grill the breasts for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness. Broccoli Cole Slaw1 bag(16 oz) broccoli cole slaw1bag(3oz) Top Ramen (Oriental flavor)1 c. olive oil6Tbsp sugar6Tbsp vinegarsalt and pepper to taste1/4 c. chopped onions may also be addedPlace shredded broccoli into bowl with onions. Crush oriental noodles and add to salad. Mix oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper, and flavor packet(from soup mix).Right before serving pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.One more! We love soups.Spicy Lentil Soup1/2 lb italian sausage1 med onion chopped3 cloves garlic1/3 c. barley8 c. chicken broth (add one extra cup)1/2 c. dried parsley2 chicken breasts1 c. lentils1 12oz jar med. salsa1 can garbonzo beans(drained)Brown sausage. Remove from pot and leave sausage grease in pot. Brown onion, garlic, and barley. Add broth, parsley, chicken(uncooked), lentils, and salsa. Simmer 30 minutes. Remove chicken breasts. Cool slightly and shred. Return to soup. add garbonzo beans and sausage. Simmer to blend.
